Opened by husband and wife team Nhu and Minh Nguyen, owners of the now-closed Xage, Bar Pesta is a no-holds-barred culinary fusion of all kinds of Italian pasta and Asian tastes, ingredients and spices. It is, as Nhu and Minh say, an exciting mash-up of flavours that everybody can enjoy.
